Beta Terms of Use

Effective date: 10 July 2026

1. Acceptance

By signing up, logging in, or otherwise using the Fox Orbit private testing version (the “App”), you agree to these Beta Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. What Fox Orbit is — and is not

Fox Orbit is a general-purpose personal-organisation and wellbeing productivity app. It helps people capture, schedule, and follow through on the things in their day — by unifying calendars, turning screenshots and forwarded emails into calendar entries and tasks, and offering gentle, self-directed prompts to get started.

The App is intended for general lifestyle and organisational use only. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, monitor, predict, or manage any disease or medical condition, including ADHD. It does not provide medical, financial, or legal advice.

3. Private test status

The App is in a private, pre-release testing phase. It may contain bugs, incomplete features, planned downtime, and changes to how data is handled. We may suspend or end the test, or your access, at any time without notice.

4. Account and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the App. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account.

5. Data and privacy

Your data is stored in your account and protected by row-level security. We do not sell your personal data. Features like screenshot-to-event and email-to-calendar use third-party AI services to extract dates and details; please do not upload or forward information you are not allowed to share.

6. Feedback

You may submit feedback, bug reports, or feature ideas. You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use that feedback to improve the App without payment or attribution to you.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, to harass others, to upload malicious content, or to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fox Orbit and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App during the test.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the test evolves. If you continue to use the App after changes, you accept the updated Terms.

11. Contact

Questions or concerns? Email us at foxorbit@foxcal.app.

If you are not comfortable with these terms, please stop using the App and contact us to delete your account.
